Teddy Tots
24 months – 48 months
The perfect early education experience for toddlers, combining language-building activities, continued sensory play, peer interaction and an introduction to simple crafts and music.
Brave Bears
36 months – Kindergarten
Our preschool offerings are designed to prepare children for the transition into kindergarten by fostering cognitive, social, and emotional growth. The activities and curriculum are balanced with play-based learning, giving our children a well-rounded foundation for future academic and personal success.

Ms. Andrea
Director
Andrea is our Blountville Director and is currently pursuing her Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education and plans to continue on to her Bachelor's degree. She loves advocating for children, engaging families, and supporting her staff — who feel like sisters. She is newly married to her husband, Eli, and together they have 4 children.
Ms. Kaliea "KK"
Cuddle Cubs Teacher
KK has an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education and five years of experience working with children in a variety of educational settings. She loves creating a nurturing environment where little ones can learn, grow, and feel loved. Outside of work, she enjoys shopping and spending time with her fur baby, Ronan.
Ms. Selah
Cuddle Cubs Teacher
Selah has experience in preschool education as well as two years of nannying. She loves caring for our littlest bears and creating a warm, loving environment for them. Outside of Ted E. Bear, Selah enjoys snowboarding, art, and spending time with her dog, Mickey.
Ms. Kortni
Teddy Tots Teacher
Kortni has four years of experience working in the school system and holds her CDA in Early Childhood Development. She loves helping her Teddy Tots learn and grow each day. Outside of the classroom, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, traveling, taking cruises, and visiting Disney World.
Ms. Sierah
Brave Bears Teacher
Sierah has experience working with children and loves spending her days playing, learning, and having fun with her Brave Bears. Outside of work, she enjoys painting, drawing, exploring new things with her family, and collecting Stitch and cow items.
Ms. Abbey
Brave Bears Teacher
Abbey is currently pursuing her degree in Early Childhood Education and will graduate this spring. She loves creating a fun, caring classroom where children feel supported as they learn and grow. Abbey is a wonderful part of our Ted E. Bear family and always has a smile on her face!
Ms. Sinea
Teacher
Sinea has several years of experience working with children through her church and in a toddler classroom. She is studying Exercise Science with plans to attend Physical Therapy school and hopes to become a Pediatric Physical Therapist. She loves watching children grow and says making them laugh is the best part of her day! Outside of work, she enjoys lacrosse, hiking, and fishing.
Blair Jervis
Co-Owner
Graduate of Virginia Tech and ETSU with a background in nursing and research. Driven by a love for caring for children, she and her husband Seth purchased Ted E Bear Academy together. Proud mom to Quinn and Beau, and enjoys skiing, thrifting, and baking sourdough.
Seth Jervis
Co-Owner
Veteran realtor, former daycare board member, and Mr. Rogers' #1 fan. Ski enthusiast, pushover dad to Beau and Quinn, elite husband to Blair, and reigning Dad Joke Champion.
