Ms. Brandy brings years of childcare experience, patience, and a true love for working with preschoolers. In our Brave Bears classroom, she helps children build confidence, independence, and a love of learning as they prepare for their next big steps.

With 26 years of childcare experience, Ms. Sharon brings knowledge, compassion, and leadership to every part of Ted E. Bear Academy. Whether she is supporting a classroom, helping our teachers, or overseeing daily operations, she keeps children and families at the heart of what she does.

Brave Bears Teacher
Ms. Lisa holds an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education and brings warmth, patience, and experience to our Brave Bears classroom. She encourages children to be curious, confident, kind, and ready to try new things as they learn and grow.

With a Master's degree and 16 years of professional childcare experience, Ms. Kristy specializes in caring for young children. Her classroom is filled with laughter, music, creativity, play, and plenty of encouragement as our Teddy Tots learn and grow.

Ms. Kim brings decades of childcare experience and an incredibly nurturing spirit to our youngest Cubs. She creates a warm, loving environment where our infants can feel safe, secure, cherished, and ready to explore their world.

Ms. Karen has been part of our center family for nearly 30 years. She helps keep our days running smoothly while making sure our children are cared for, supported, and well-fed, bringing the same familiar warmth and love to families that she has shared for decades.

Graduate of Virginia Tech and ETSU with a background in nursing and research. Driven by a love for caring for children, she and her husband Seth purchased Ted E Bear Academy together. Proud mom to Quinn and Beau, and enjoys skiing, thrifting, and baking sourdough.

Veteran realtor, former daycare board member, and Mr. Rogers' #1 fan. Ski enthusiast, pushover dad to Beau and Quinn, elite husband to Blair, and reigning Dad Joke Champion.
